Post-Conference Publications:

  • Conference Proceeding at IEEE Xplore Digital Library: Each selected participant, based on the result of abstract reviewing by the technical committee, will have an opportunity to develop a full paper for consideration for publishing in IEEE Xplore as a conference proceeding (We have requested to include as many as 150 articles in the IEEE Xplore). At least one author of each accepted abstract should register to attend the conference to qualify for such submission. Full papers will be peer-reviewed by two to three reviewers (program committee members). Based on the results of the reviewing, English editing and revision(s) may become necessary. After the review and approval by GRSS, a fraction of the submissions will be selected to include in the IEEE Xplore proceeding. These papers may then be sent to Elsevier for EI indexing.

Steps for preparing and submitting full papers for IEEE Xplore:

1. Prepare your manuscript in MS Word. Download a template here. The maximum length of your manuscript 5 pages.

*** Note: Copyright notice has been inserted at the bottom of the template page, i.e.,

The deadline for submission is May 1st, 2016.

Please go to the conference's PDF eXpress instruction, create a login, and do the conversion.

6. Download and sign the copy right form.

7. Upload your Xplore-compatible PDF and the copyright form to your EasyChair account.
